ornaments & January Take & Make

Xandi, I need to get a bead on whether we'll see any volunteers this week or next. I put out a few dozen more ornaments today, but if anyone's coming in tomorrow (or if Sam can work tonight?), we could use to put out the rest of what we have.

(Penny, if I'm right, I think we started the month with 450 ornaments from Oriental Imports, yes? Since then, we've cranked out a total of *610 more* ornaments, bringing us to a grand total of 1060 ornaments for the month. Did you count some portion of these towards November stats?--if so, you should deduct that number to get December totals. Note to Xandi: these numbers include all the ornaments currently cut out but not punched or strung...)

IN ANY CASE...I think we should move forward with JANUARY Take & Makes after this, which will be a days-of-the-week "wheel": two sheets of photocopied cardstock, stapled together and with a brad attached. Again, if we anticipate volunteers this week or next--Anna, Matt, Ryenn and/or Nick--they could get a head start on this copying. ***I will leave the originals in the "COPYING" tray on our desk, with instructions; brads are in the drawer to the left of the sink in the Story Room.
