Those pesky volunteers

Gosh, but this gang has become uncommunicative lately! Thought I'd liven things up...

AF, in case you care, "Rocco" (not a code name! ;-) will not be at your story time next Monday morning.

Xandi, I find I'm still foggy on the details of which of our craft prep volunteers is coming in on which days and at which times. I know we discussed doing something calendar-ish, but it would help me even to have something quick and dirty, like an up-to-date notation on the main volunteer calendar over your desk. Ideally, I could use to know the day(s) of the week and hours of the day, along with a full name and phone number. Thanks for all your work on this!!

I've made a few colorful copies of our preschool list and tucked them into the front pocket of our preschools binder (on the ref shelf), so people can just grab one. AF, if you'd like this set out in a more public place, say the word!

I don't know if anyone needs to know this or even cares, but I have now had both patrons and fellow staff members express gratitude for the tower fan behind the gazebo desk. It gets mighty toasty back here!
