Bears
AF, I've left 120 Corduroy coloring sheets on your desk, along with 120 card-stock "naked" bears and 120 half-sheet green bibbed overalls to fit. Teddy bear cut-outs should be back on the gazebo desk or in the story room; Sam cut them out and punched holes, today, and I should be able to string these when I come in tomorrow (Weds) at 5--unless Xandi wants to do this earlier?? Xandi, I also left 100 copies of the fall brochure on your desk to fold and staple as you have time and/or volunteer help--we're basically out. Thanks, all--sorry for putting this all off to the last minute. Oh, and all wait-listed participants have been called and told to come ahead for both TB picnics; Xandi, I e-mailed you with the names of 4 volunteers for Thursday am.

Might it be worth it to explore a mechanism to gather email addresses of interested families to email the brochure to them? We might save a few trees and labor. Just an idea. I'd include the info on registering online too - but maybe you already do. It would be really nifty if there was a way to send out an email the day before registrations too -when I was a busy mom, I sure would have loved a reminder. :)
